Please note: Debit / Credit Card payments will incur an administration fee of 3.35% per transaction. You will be issued with an Invoice and Payment Form (if applicable) upon our receipt of your registration. Full payment must be received by Friday 25 May 2007 and include VAT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
Acceptance:
Bookings may only be made by completing a booking form in full. Places are not guaranteed until payment has been received and a letter of confirmation has been sent by Glasgows.

Substitutes:
You may send a named substitute for your booking at any time. Please advise Glasgows in writing (email acceptable).

Cancellations:
Bookings may only be cancelled in writing (email acceptable) to Glasgows and will be subject to a cancellation charge of 20% prior to Friday 25 May 2007. Later cancellations will not receive any refund.
