Acceptance:
Bookings may only be made by completing a booking form in full. Places are not guaranteed until payment has been received and a letter of confirmation has been sent by Glasgows.

Substitutes:

Cancellations:
Bookings may only be cancelled in writing (email acceptable) to Glasgows.
