CONFERENCE TIMINGS
The conference will run from 08.00am and finish at 4.30pm.

HOW TO REGISTER
Registrations must be made in advance of the event. Your registration and payment should be received by Glasgows prior to the Conference, otherwise your place may be cancelled

CONFERENCE FEE / INVOICE
Payment must be received in advance of the Conference. Please note: As soon as you register your place is accepted and an invoice is generated. By registering you are responsible for the payment of your attendance fee.

Please Note: To take advantage of this offer both people must be registered at the same time.

The Conference fees are stated below:

NHS Organisations: £95.00 (VAT not applicable)
NHS Home and non NHS Public & Voluntary Sector: £120.75 (incl VAT)
Private Sector: £149.50 (incl VAT)

You will be sent an invoice within 5 working days of receipt of your registration.

In order that your invoice / payment may be dealt with promptly, please state your account codes or purchase order references on the registration form.

Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or BACS. Credit / Debit card payments will also be accepted but will be subject to an administration charge of 3.5% which will be added to your invoice.

If your invoice will be paid by your accounts department, or similar, please ensure you forward it to them as soon as you receive it.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REGISTRATION / INVOICE
A receipt of registration and an invoice will be sent to all registered delegates within five working days of registration. If you have elected to pay by credit / debit card a Credit Card Payment Form will accompany your invoice. Please remember to submit this to your accounts department for processing as soon as you receive it.

WORKSHOP SESSIONS
There will be the opportunity to attend two workshop sessions where you will explore strategies used to develop an ethnically diverse senior management workforce. For details about the workshops, click here.

EXHIBITION
There will be an opportunity to visit the Breaking Through Exhibition. The Exhibition will be informative and interactive. It will be open during registration and throughout the extended networking lunch. We encourage you to visit all the stands.. there’s a lot to see!!

Use your SpotMe to record your visit at each stand and enter into the prize draw at the end of the day. Further details will follow.

SPOTME
SpotMe comes to Breaking Through! SpotMe is a brand new conferencing tool which acts as your own personal organiser for the Conference. You will be able to view your own agenda, search through the delegate list, exchange business cards, not to mention fantastic networking possibilities by using the 'spotting' function which acts like a radar telling you who is close by.

This technology means that this year's Breaking Through Conference will be totally paperless. After the event all information contained on the device and included in your personal briefcase will be emailed to you. This will include the delegate list, presentations and any other information you have picked up during the day.

Delegates are advised to arrive early to receive their SpotMe device and familiarise themselves with its functions and opportunities.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
Full joining instructions will be sent to all registered delegates approximately two weeks before the Conference.

DELEGATES WITH SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement aims to offer a fully accessible Conference. If you have any specific needs related, for example, to sight, hearing, mobility access or special diets, please tick the box when completing the registration form and the conference organisers, Glasgows, will contact you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your place at the Conference, the conference organisers, Glasgows, must be informed in writing (email acceptable). Refunds will not be issued and you will be responsible for your payment. Named substitute delegates may be accepted subject to approval by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Full contact details of substitute delegates should be submitted to Glasgows at the time of cancellation.
