Yes we Can!
Breaking Through is recognised as leading the way in demonstrating how the NHS can manage talent and ensure that the brightest and best of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) staff are contributing to the NHS agenda in leadership roles.
Strong leadership will be crucial if the NHS is to deliver on its very challenging agenda, and provide healthcare that is accessible, high quality and value for money. As the largest employer in Europe and the third largest in the world, the NHS needs to absolutely ensure that its leadership reflects the population so that it is able to respond to the service delivery agenda and the staff it employs.
This Conference will provoke thought and enable debate.
We have talked about it for long enough, now can we do it? Yes we Can!
