Travelling By Car
The A316 & M4 (A4) motorway converge at the Hogarth Roundabout in Chiswick. Continue straight over, along the Great West Road (A4) following signs for Hammersmith. Exit left for Hammersmith, just before the A4 Hammersmith Flyover. Proceed along Hammersmith Bridge Road (church on right) to the roundabout. Leave at the 5th exit (parallel to the flyover) with the Novotel London West on your left). Take 1st left into Shortlands and 1st left again to Novotel London West main entrance and car park.
Car Parking: The hotel has an underground car park for 200 cars. There is a charge of £1.00 per hour for hotel residents and £3.00 per hour for non residents. Car parking is on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved. There are a limited number of spaces available for orange badge holders but again, there are on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.
The nearest NCP is London Hammersmith Grove. The charge for a stay between 6 and 9 hours is £13.00. For a stay of 9 to 12 hours, the charge is £18.00 and for a 24 hour stay the charge is £20.00. For further information please call the car park on 0845 050 7080.
Congestion Charging: The Novotel London West is outside of the London Congestion Charging Zone.
By Tube to Hammersmith
From the District & Piccadilly Line. Take the exit from the platform signed Buses / Butterwick and Hammersmith / City Line. On exiting the station, proceed into Broadway Shopping Centre and Tesco Metro should be directly ahead (if this is not the case and WHSmith is directly ahead please see note below*).
[*Should you exit Hammersmith Tube Station (District and Piccadilly Lines) through the exit barriers at the opposite end of the platform and find WHSmith directly in front of you, turn left and proceed through Broadway Shopping Centre. Pass the escalators and stairs in the centre of the shopping centre, and McDonalds on your left. Tesco Metro should be directly in front of you to the right. Turn right in front of Tesco Metro and follow the directions below.]
- Proceed between Tesco Metro and Costa Coffee heading towards the Trout Pub.
- Turn left in front of the pub (look out for the overhead signs to the Novotel Conference Centre) and proceed out of the Broadway Shopping Centre, up the ramp onto street level.
- Turn left.
- Staying on the same side of the road, proceed across the access road of the bus station and across the entrance of the car park (Hammersmith Flyover should be above on the right).
- At the end of the block, cross over the road and proceed straight ahead, keeping the Hammersmith Flyover to your right. (The sign to the Novotel should be directly in front of you, above, to the left).
- You will now be walking down the side of the Novotel London West.
- At the corner turn left. The main hotel entrance will be on your left.
From the Hammersmith & City Line:
- Exiting the underground turn left out of the station.
- Cross over Shepherd’s Bush Road and proceed along Hammersmith Road, passing Loreal and Holmes Place on your right.
- Just before Shortlands you will see a sign for the Hotel – walk up the ramp.
- At the top of the ramp proceed over the courtyard to the entrance doors of the hotel.
