The conference will run from 12:00 on Thursday until 15:45 on Friday. Please visit the Programme page for the latest Programme details.
How to register
To register for the conference, please visit the registration page. You will be sent a registration confirmation and invoice.
Conference fee / invoice
To gain entry to the conference, payment must be made in advance. The conference fees are stated below:

Please note delegates chosen to present a concurrent session paper will receive a 20% discount and delegates chosen to present a poster will receive a 10% discount on a full event ticket.
Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or BACS. Credit / Debit card payments will also be accepted but will be subject to an administration charge of 3.5%
Cancellation policy
In the event that you need to cancel your place at the conference, the organisers, Glasgows, must be informed in writing (email acceptable).
A full refund will be provided up to 3 months in advance of the conference. A 50% refund will be provided up to 1 month in advance of the conference. No refund will be provided within 1 month of the conference.
Named substitute delegates will be accepted. Full contact details of substitute delegates should be submitted to Glasgows at the time of cancellation.
Concurrent sessions
You will have the opportunity to attend six concurrent sessions during the conference.

Drinks Reception & Conference Dinner
Dress code for the Drinks Reception & Conference Dinner is Black Tie / Evening Wear with Miniatures.

The Welsh Assembly Government and the Chief Nursing Officer for Wales aim to offer a fully accessible conference.
