As a major sponsor of the 2010 Showcase Conference, your organisation would show its commitment to supporting our work. In recognition of this commitment, your organisation will be provided with a number of benefits including:

Live music will be provided during the reception and dinner, and there will be a disco to round off the evening. Sponsorship of the evening‘s entertainment is available with the following benefits:

Table Sponsorship: £500 + VAT
There will be approximately 25 tables of 10 guests. Sponsorship of a table would offer:
- Sponsor‘s logo/name on the table (number) card
- Opportunity to place one item of literature or merchandise on the sponsored table
- 1 guest place at the table
- Mention in a ‘thank you to our sponsors‘ note in the delegate pack
Delegate Pack: £1,500 + VAT
It is proposed to provide each delegate with a pack or bag as they register at the event. The pack will contain relevant Conference material and therefore be used throughout the event. The pack / bag is available for sponsorship and could carry the sponsor‘s logo. The sponsor would have the facility to place one small item of literature or merchandise in the pack.
Delegate Information: £200 + VAT
A limited number of single page (A4) information sheets may be included in the delegate pack. Prices for including a small leaflet or small item of merchandise can be negotiated.
