Glasgows provide the finishing touches to a top public sector recognition ceremony organised in association with IDeA, CLG and our partners, Revolution Events.
Over 600 representatives from 64 local authorities packed into London's Royal Horticultural Halls for what is rapidly becoming known as THE public awards event of the year.
Beacon Status is a highly prized and widely recognised sign of achievement and quality within the public sector, and the 2007 Beacon Award Ceremony reflected this status and prestige with a fast-moving, entertaining and exciting event.
TV personality Floella Benjamin was Master of Ceremonies and Glasgows provided full stage management including script-writing, production and choreography.
Other services included the installation of a bespoke stage set, creative lighting, audio & visual recording, design & production of personalised trophies, photography management including 12 hour turn-around of media shots, full attendee invitation and management processes with on-line web facility and dedicated telephone line, and assistance with hosting and guest management on the night.
