The Cabinet Office : Equality Review Team consultation programme comprised regional events in Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester, Taunton, York and at the Greater London Authority City Hall.

Ahead of the events, Glasgows distributed interim reports and information packs, and designed & hosted a consultation website to manage registrations and capture views and comments which were then used to shape the content and programme.


Full participation and audience engagement was secured through the provision of induction loops, lip speakers, British sign language interpreters, palantypists. Audio transcription and edited transcripts were made available post event. Client feedback reports included an analysis of the bespoke delegate evaluation forms and data from Glasgows' management of the dedicated website and telephone enquiry lines.

Services provided included liaison and management at the seven venues with access and logistical scheduling, room layout, delivery & collection of consultation material, staff briefings, health & safety & risk assessment and contingency planning. Glasgows also delivered a complete management service for audio visual and catering requirements, providing these at venues where there was no in-house provision.
