Glasgows Win Partnership Award

Company Director Ron Glasgow picks up the Award

At the recent Home Office, NETWORK 8th AGM held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, Glasgows received a Partnership Award, and a citation including :

“Over the past three years we have seen first hand the commitment and professionalism from all the Glasgows’ team - from design to successful delivery of THE NETWORK AGMs. This has not only benefited the members but helped us with effective management of our resources. Glasgows have always ensured that the needs of the NETWORK have been paramount, with creativity and quality being at the core of their service.”

Glasgows’ Chairman, Ron Glasgow, was invited on stage at THE NETWORK AGM to receive the prestigious award from Meg Hillier MP, Home Office Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, and was later congratulated by the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith, MP.

He was clearly delighted at this latest accolade. “It is always a pleasure to be told of a job well done and to be thanked for our service and professionalism. Our company ethos is built around partnership and a strong agency-client team approach, and to have our work so publicly recognised is praise indeed. We feel very honoured particularly as the Award is linked to the work we do for the Network on Race Equality.”

THE NETWORK AGM is an established event in the Home Office staff calendar and is a means of staff celebrating race equality and diversity, and Glasgows provides forward planning and delivery services including stage set design & production, complex audio visual co-ordination, speaker liaison and on-the-day event management.
