Full Event and Production Management of two back to back events over a duration of five days. A total attendance of 500 delegates that included European Sports Ministers and European broadcast delegates.

Full Management Services were provided for:

• Breakout Sessions, including the provision of audio visual support
• Accommodation arrangements for all Ministers, VIPs and delegates in six conference hotels in Liverpool
• Speakers and Facilitators
• Audio Visual Production including projection, lighting and sound
• Design, production and build of all colour set graphics
• Full catering including a Ministerial Dinner, two Conference Gala Dinners and all conference lunches plus a separate VIP lunch. Included the provision of all specific dietary requirements
• Exhibition planning and the production of an Exhibition Marquee in the hotel grounds containing seven high profile exhibitors from the Broadcast Industry
• Transport: Pre-event and onsite arrangements for airport and hotel transfers, local evening entertainment excursions plus VIP transfers, as required
• Simultaneous Translation and Interpretation into six languages
• Delegate registrations and on-site administration services
• Design, print and branding of delegate packs, menu cards, dinner invitations, welcome banners, directional signage and animated screen savers
• Provision of full badging system to include facility to produce badges on site
• Supply and exhibit 26 European Country Flags and UK Presidency banners
• Provision of office facilities for Press Management to include ISDN and media feeds
