Our exhibition service includes:
- Provision of creative designs plans, layouts and specifications in close liaison with clients
- Sourcing and booking exhibition space
- Construction, installation and take down of exhibition stands
- Provision of electrics, lighting, stand furniture, carpeting, plasmas, monitors, sound systems, video walls, projectors, computers, internet hardware and connectivity, holograms, gobos and other features
- Liaison with exhibition venues on provision of services, design criteria, timings and administration
- Provision of full risk assessments
- Design, build and management of road shows, including venue based shows and external trailers and exhibition buses
- Design, production and installation of display panels, banner stands, pop up stands and hung banners
- Liaison with third parties on joint projects or multi-client exhibitions
- Provision, if required, of skilled presenters or support staff on exhibition stands and road shows
- Full management of support exhibitions allied to conferences including layouts and liaison with exhibitors
- Storage and refurbishment service for reusable exhibition stands and components
