- Management and maintenance of a mailing database consisting of nearly 1000 patrons and monthly invitation mailings by post and email
- Venue searching, site visits and contracting venues nationally on behalf of the Food Standards Agency
- Total venue and catering management and liaison throughout
- Provision of camera relay to main meeting room, press office and reception area
- Provision of video conferencing link back to the Agency’s headquarters at Aviation House, London
- Supply and management of webcast to include hosting of Video on Demand
- Supply and management of all ICT consisting of internet connectivity, telephony and ISDN lines for a fully functioning communication office
- Management of all logistics for the event and provision of build schedules, call sheets, risk assessments and CAD room plans
- Design and build of a new modular, portable board table capable of seating 20 Board Members
- Total on the day delegate management to include meeting and greeting of Board Members, delegates and press
- Full audiovisual support including sound and vision
