NHS Live supports a movement of enthusiasts looking to improve health and social care for patients. The NHS Live programme links local projects seeking local solutions in both regional and national networks. Project teams are led by frontline staff and involve patients, carers and service users to work together on initiatives that are improving the patient and staff experience.
Attracting over 250 delegates The NHS Live conference brought together NHS Live members to take away practical and easy to implement ‘tips and tactics’ to use in their work.
The conference included a Market Place where delegates were able to discuss the work of individual projects. In addition there were interactive and participative sessions in the main plenary and workshop sessions that highlighted the spread of ideas and provided the platform whereby delegates could realise their local vision and how to develop the skills to achieve this.
