Workshops

There will be four workshop sessions which will be repeated in the morning and afternoon as listed below:

Workshop 1 – Empowered patients & personalised care

(in the context of long term conditions and mental health)

Workshop 2 – Staying healthy & promoting equality

(in the context of children and families, deprived communities and learning disabilities)

Workshop 3 – Potent commissioning & integrated care

(in the context of rehab, older people and end of life care)

Workshop 4 – Quality assured & transformed community services

(in the context of acute and specialist interventions)

Please can you ensure that you make a first and second choice for the AM workshop sessions and a first and second choice for the PM workshop sessions as indicated on the registration form.
